Try another Pkg.update() and see if that fixes it for you. Is there any reason you're running "julianightlies"? There are so many disruptive changes in the development version of julia right now that you are likely to encounter such issues repeatedly. If you're not up to fixing problems yourself, I'd recommend sticking with "juliareleases".
