I started a package to collect information-theoretic quantifications (entropy, mutual information, etc).
It can be found here: https://github.com/kzahedi/Shannon.jl At this stage, it mainly contains functions known from the R package "entropy". I will add more estimators for entropies and probability distributions in the future. Cheers, Keyan
