To clarify, the Julia 0.3 numbers are attached to the PR and there is nothing wrong with them. However, there _are_ issues with the C, Fortran, Java, Octave, and R microbenchmarks, which are all cross-referenced in the issue. Fixing these microbenchmarks is the ideal problem for crowdsourcing. It's been too much for me to handle, but if everyone pitches in, we can have those updated numbers lickety-split.
