We had ordered a couple, but they are really difficult to get working. There is a fair bit of compiler work that is required to get it to work - so it is safe to assume that this is not coming anytime soon. However, the Knight's Landing should work out of the box with Julia whenever it comes and we will most likely have robust multi-threading support by then to leverage it.
Out of curiosity, what would you like to run on the Xeon Phi?
