[julia-users] how to import csv data of varying length rows into an array of float

i have this file csv :

930070,1478343,1480581
1475172,1450038,1464113
21474836496
4296445417
6411359,6418652,12891283114,6418042
1306797,1474266

After readcsv I have *Any array *but I need *Flout* Array with zeros in 
empty cells. 

julia> readcsv("file.txt")

6x4 Array{Any,2}:
 930070.0         1.47834e6  1.48058e6    ""
      1.47517e6   1.45004e6  1.46411e6    ""
      2.14748e10   ""         ""          ""
      4.29645e9    ""         ""          ""
      6.41136e6   6.41865e6  1.28913e10  6.41804e6
      1.3068e6    1.47427e6   ""          ""

julia>

How to import  csv data to Float array? Or convert ... File is very lage , 
"repalce" etc.  is not posible.
