And I'm getting the last two warnings documented here:

warning: -jN forced in submake: disabling jobserver mode.
warning: jobserver unavailable: using -j1.  Add `+' to parent make rule.

When I run `make -j 4`, against latest master.

Previously to this I just set the cpu governor to `performance`. I'm lost 
about where should I put that `+`.
