You can use:

plot(x=rand(10), y=rand(10), Geom.line, Coord.Cartesian(ymin=-0.1,ymax=0.1))

I think applying

Scale.y_continuous(minvalue=-0.10, maxvalue=0.10)

should do the same thing, but it's currently not working the way it should.
