It's not easy to help with anything other than stand-alone, runnable examples,
and this doesn't fit that. So, please see the performance tips page. In
particular, pay attention to any unexpected memory allocation, which might
likely be a sign of type instability. That could be present in your input
arrays (e.g., if they are an Array{Real} or something) as well as your code.
