Technically yes you're right it does have a lower triangular structure, 
however many of the elements are incredibly small so that's why I'm using 
the round function such that the very small elements = 0. In that way for a 
100*201 size a matrix, around 2500 elements are non zero. Do you think that 
is "sparse" enough to make using sparse matrices useful for me?
