WinPython nicely integrates Julia and Python on Windows, including the 
packages mentioned above:

Only the "FlavorJulia" builds include Julia.  At present, the latest build 
is a beta here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/winpython/files/WinPython_3.4/3.4.3.2/betas/
I hope to see WinPython listed at http://julialang.org/downloads/ as 
another option to get IJulia/Jupyter.
