It would help if you were to present a minimal example, not as an
attachment.
I noticed that your code is also not working... there is no
include("CoDeNMFSysORIGINAL.jl") in Run.jl.
If you are running Run.jl outside the Repl, you are unlikely to see
anything as julia would immediately exit.
