Greetings, Julia users and developers!
I am putting together a conference in Chicago, November 2-4, on the topic of "Big Data." I know, I know, big buzzword, but the real crux of the show is that attendees are are all there in the furtherance of data analysis within their companies. As Julia is a rapidly developing technology, I felt the attendees would like to know about how the language is coming along, how it works, what all the kerfuffle is about, etc. Is there anyone, preferably in the core team, who would like to come speak about the language at our technology conference? http://www.bigdatatechcon.com/callforspeakers I can fast-track any submissions generated by this email, if you poke me at my email address as you submit. If you've got some other talk about some other big data developer-focused topic, please feel free to submit it, as well, and to pass the Call For Speakers link around to your friends. Thanks!
