Hi Mike, Thanks for the suggestion. I was just kicking the tires on an Azure VM (its new to me) and ended up killing the one I installed Juno on. The first time, I installed LightTable first and then added Juno. I didn't realize I could just install Juno directly. The second try, on a more permanent VM, I installed Juno directly and it worked fine. If I bump into the issue again, I'll try to remember the Ctrl-Enter also evaluates :)
