[julia-users] Changing Path to .Julia folder

I was in the process of installing cmake and visual studio and somehow my 
default Julia package and history folder changed from "C:\Users\Me" 
to "C:\\work\\home\\.julia\\v0.3". How can I change it back? My .julia 
folder and .julia_history are all in  "C:\Users\Me"  but Pkg.dir() 
redirects to the new folder right now.
