I see your point about "julia images" not showing the expected results in 
this case. I don't exactly know why but, somehow the query julia lang images 
<https://duckduckgo.com/?q=julia+lang+images&ia=about> shows the package at 
least. Ill mention it on the DDH thread.

Also, just "julia" is in fact a trigger word and works properly for 
searches like julia calculus 
<https://duckduckgo.com/?q=julia+calculus&ia=about> & julia calendar 
<https://duckduckgo.com/?q=julia+calendar&ia=about>.
