Here is what I tried so far...
Downloaded Clang for Windows (64-bit) from
http://llvm.org/releases/download.html
Is this libclang? Where do I get libclang-dev?
Clang installation fails with the following message.
Installing MSVC integration...
Failed to find MSBuild toolsets directory.
MSVC integration install failed.
Press any key to continue . . .
Trying to install Clang.jl anyway fails.
Pkg.add("Clang")

What do I need to do to make this work on a windows system?
Thanks,
