Tony, we can compare Github desktop too. The nominator below represents 32 
bit of course.  On battery, I should say. I wait until I see processor 
usage < 5% before clicking and retest Julia too:
Github desktop: 32  s / 9 s  =     3.5
Julia 0.4.0:        20 s  / 3.5 s = ~5.7
