Donald, I installed Julia 4.0 and Sublime-IJulia on Windows 7 (64bit). Sublime shows that Ijulia kernel is working, but none of the shortcut keys (shift+Enter, Ctrl+Enter, etc.) are working. Could you confirm that you also installed 64-bit Julia 4.0? (My Version is: 0.4.0 (2015-10-08 06:20 UTC) Official http://julialang.org/ release x86_64-w64-mingw32)
