It's a generalized version of the regression test framework that I made for Plots.jl. I was thinking that it might belong in JuliaGraphics. For those involved, what do you think? I'm happy to move it over, or not. This isn't registered yet... I mainly wanted to get opinions on where it should live. Best, Tom
