Definitely weird. Seems like either a path problem (but if you don't have multiple copies of iqsim.jl, that can't be it) or a line-numbering problem. Does this still happen with --inline=no? Are you using macros elsewhere?
Assuming this is a julia bug, trimming it down to a minimal example would probably help isolate the problem.
