Shift-Enter for evaling and jumping to the next executable block of code hasn't been implemented yet in Juno/Atom. See https://github.com/JunoLab/atom-julia-client/issues/24 and its dependency https://github.com/JunoLab/atom-julia-client/issues/9 .
