Thanks for the offer. We've already got a number of moderators in a variety of time zones. The real problem is that google groups sometimes inexplicably doesn't send notifications for moderation for days – and it isn't possible to moderate posts until the notification shows up. I have no idea how the groups team at google can possibly justify that kind of delay – it seems like a fairly massive bug to me and has been like this forever.
