Hi, I am the author of the plugin vim-notebook (for the Vim editor); see
https://github.com/baruchel/vim-notebook

I tried yesterday to work with Julia under Vim and noticed it worked very
well.

I was very happy and since my plugin was two years old; I refreshed it a
little (in order to make it compatible with vim-markdown plugin by Tim
Pope).

I would like to make a little 5min. video of working with Julia in
vim-notebook.

Unfortunately my english accent is very poor; I already published a videao
with no sound at the address above, but I would like to get something more
attractive.

Would someone be kind enough for helping me in this? The video could have
two purposes: a demonstration for my plugin (I would add a link to it from
the page of the plugin) as well as a demonstration of Julia showing a
specific way of working.

Actually, this would involve making the video and speaking during the
demonstration (I could of course make a video with no sound on my side and
ask someone to speak but this would probably by less funny; anyway I can do
it)? Of course I could provide a Markdown document for the demonstration.

Requirements would be:

  * using a POSIX system (Linux or MacOS are OK; the plugin doesn't work
under Windows);
  * being a VIM user;
  * installing the plugin by Tim Pope: https://github.com/tpope/vim-markdown
  * using my own plugin is only a matter of copying one file into
~/.vim/plugin (and removing it after the demonstration if you don't like it)

Of course, if someone wants to speak and record he/her voice on a video
made by me, there wouldn't be any special requirement any longer; even a
Windows user could help me.

If you have some general comments or questions about it, please follow-up
this message; if you want to contact me separately, the best would be to
write a personal message (my address is my name BARUCHEL followed by AT (@)
and then GMX.COM
