Hi My name is Suyash and I am a final year undergrad at IIT Roorkee. I came across the ideas list for julialang and I am interested in the HTTP/2 + HPACK implementation idea. The application guidelines page says to post on the mailing list to get in contact with the potential mentor. So I just wanted to get in touch and have a discussion on the idea and what a successful proposal for this idea would entail.
