Indeed, we have reached out to the QuArC <http://research.microsoft.com/en-us/groups/quarc/default.aspx> of Microsoft. I had dinner with one of the leaders of QuArC in Feb this year and had talked about the ideas and vision we share on quantum compilers and quantum simulations to put into actions in JuliaQuantum. If you follow closely, a GSoC project JuliaQuantum supports this year will attempt to implement a framework for quantum computing which could be a step closer to LiQUiD. Martin Roetteler from Microsoft has been invited to provide insights and suggestions to JuliaQuantum's projects over time. People from Microsoft also unofficially offered software development/conference/training opportunities to JuliaQuantum members. Despite of the complicated protocols that Microsoft and other companies are using for open source projects, we will work from there to produce the best we can for our community with Microsoft and other collaborators on our network. I am not working directly to JuliaQuantum for now, but hopefully more people will be joining the org to create new opportunities for good. Thanks for your question.
