Original code is dual-licensed, in that case the author of derived
work can choose one of the two licenses or both.[1] I went for LGPL,
that is weakly protective but perfectly compatible with MIT "Expat"
license, which is the most common in Julia ecosystem, so that most of
Julia package can use this package. For the time being I don't plan
to change the license.

Ok, then I'll see how to change the name of the package in METADATA.jl

In a separate branch of current repository I'm also working on adding
support for arbitrary precision calculations, so the renamed package
will feature this new capability.

Bye,
Mosè
