Hello,

I'm not sure of the capabilities of GraphViz.jl. For different node sizes 
and edge sizes, you can try out [NetworkViz.jl 
<https://github.com/abhijithanilkumar/NetworkViz.jl>]. It can be used with 
Escher <https://github.com/shashi/Escher.jl>/IJulia.
