Just to be clear, you are saying that in Julia 0.4, this is deprecated:
[1.0:0.5:2.0, 3.0:0.1:4.0, 5.0:0.2:6.0]
But that in Julia 0.5 (?) it yields:
Vector{FloatRange{Float64}}
Which is what I wanted to begin with...
Did I understand you correctly?
