This package provides tools to perform Recurrence Quantification Analysis (RQA) in Julia. Besides the basic functions to calculate recurrence matrices and RQA parameters (recurrence rate, determinism, entropy, trend, etc.), it currently provides methods to find the optimal embedding dimension and delay for embedding time series in the phase space. I expect to add other utilities in the near future, but any contributions are welcome, including testing for bugs, or comparison with other toolkits. I hope you enjoy it.
