Okay, thanks. I tried

`\approx + tab + go 1 back + \not + tab`

It gives me the same thing as

`\not + tab + \approx + tab`

on ubuntu with both atom and jupyter. It gives me something that does look 
roughly but not exactly like ≉. I think it is two symbols on top of each 
other, a slash thingy and ≈. Anyway julia does not like it:
