Dear Zhong, I understand your points very well... as I said I also love and use Julia. But at this point I understood that the *only* thing that was discussed was speed. And in that matter, a factor 1.6 is still a big difference. In my case I'm willing to use it instead of fortran right now, although 1 week calculation can turn into 2 weeks, which makes a difference. But for me, the speed competition is still won by other languages. Which are much worse in other fields, I agree :)
