I really appreciate if someone can help me here. I do come a cross a problem when using any shell command in Julia whether it is in atom, Jupyter or Julia. it allows me to run only <Help> command but other commands such as <dir>, <cd> or <md> they don't work at all though <cd> works only in Jupyter but not in atom or julia. I do have git, github installed PC os is Windows7, The windows shell is installed and it is in the path, and everything work there Thanks :)
