Now everything looks like working..... new package name is QWTwPlot.
You can use Pkg.add("QWTwPlot") or
Pkg.clone("https://github.com/ig-or/QWTwPlot.jl.git").
But I still need to add some unit testing. Hope I will be able to handle it
on this week.
