I see you changed "ambitious Julia applications" to "scalable Julia
applications", do you need to add "web"?:
Maybe it's just me this (and ember-cli (and ember.js "ambitious *web*
applications"), not really familiar with either..) but:

implied to me "web applications" (maybe nowadays there isn't any other
kind..?).
It's getting to be difficult to choose a Julia web application framework
with so many choices, is this competing with any of them, or can you use
with and maybe not just for the web?
I see the project is Python (and Ruby ("Gemfile")?! and maybe Julia?) code.
Maybe that is why:
I see: "Change from 4 spaces to 2 spaces :P

[conflicts with Julia's CONTRIBUTING.md, recommendation of 4 spaces, and if
I recall Julia styleguides elsewhere..]
