I've mapped the directory structures for the Java pacakges in OpenJUMP and JUMP. There attached as PDF files.
I'll work on a document that shows the difference between the two package structures when I get some more time. When its all done I'll get an archive file on the SurveyOS site. This might help developers make sense of the slightly different layouts of the source code for the two programs, and will hopefully help us track the differences between the two in the future.
