I am a great fan of automatic commit mailing lists.
They allow to track changes (get notified) and see whether things happened
in my realm. Especially when there is no other change documentation
procedure. Doing always "cvs diff" and "cvs log" is a bit, well, demanding,
if you want to be productive.
Where apropriate I use filters for the mailing list to automatically
highlight those commits that might be relevant for my current work.

If its easy to switch on commit mailing list on Sourceforge, I'd like
to have it. If it is complicated and its only me as a user, don't care.
