I was working on my new feature documentation this afternoon and I noticed
what might be a possible glitch in the "Select Items By Circle From
Selelcted Layers" command. (I'm assuming that this command is implemented as
a cursor tool.) It seems that this command combines the new cursor image for
the command from the cursor of the last cursor tookl that was used. As an
example, if the last user was panning the map, the circle cursor that is
painted on the LayerViewPanel when the "Select Items By Circle From Selected
Layers" command was activated is underneath the hand cursor.
Is this the intended behavior of the tool, or is indeed a bug?
If this is a bug I think the problem is that we aren't resetting the cursor
that is to be painted on the LayerViewPanel when the new tools is activated.
I'm guessing this bug is in the code for the "Select Items By Circle From
Selelcted Layers" cursor tool, and not in OpenJUMP's CursorTool code, since
I haven't run across this same problem with other cursor tools. (Yet...)
If someone can confirm that this is a bug I'll look into getting it fixed.
