I noticed that only 4 of the 6 special renderers for the Strings stored in the list of ContentIDs are added in the contructor of the RenderingManager class. The GridRenderer and the ScaleBarRenderer are not added in this constructor.
Does anyone know where and when they are added to the RenderingManager? I find it odd that they aren't added in the constructor. I note that the ScaleBarPlugIn class adds the String to the list of ContentIDs in its execute method, but does not add the ScaleBarRenderer itself. Thanks for the help with this.
