Hi OJ friends, I have added in the last OJ-TRUNK some SIGLE tools and done some modification. Below the list :
- Class OpenJumpConfiguration : added a language condition because it's not necessary to run feetplugin for french user. - added three plugins : CutPolygon, UnionTool, MesureArea. These plugins appear in the editing tools. - Class FeatureDrawingUtil change the drawing icon.
