All,
I've checked in a change to the wizard so it displays a better warning
method instead of this assertion exception.
Unfortunately I don't have access to an ArcSDE server to test this
plug-in against. Can someone do a test with this plug-in on the Load
Data set v.s. the Open wizard to see if it is working.

installed it in the lib\ext folder but there is always an error:

I downloaded the newest version. At the old version it was working
