Seems like this could be a good way to do.  As usual for Google, the UI 
is easy to use and powerful.

I would have some concerns that the content is "write-only" - how easy 
is it to get the content out if it's necessary to change hosts?   
Although most wikis/CMS have this problem to some extent...

Hard to argue with free, minimal-effort hosing though...
