I just wanted to let you guys know that I couldn't get Eclipse Ganymede (the latest version of Eclipse) working with Subclipse 1.4. This was after I tried several different things to get Eclipse and the plug-in working.
Eclipse Ganymede does still work with Subclipse 1.2. I'm sure this problem will be fixed at some point. If you manage to get Eclipse Ganymede and Subclipse 1.4 working please tell me about your solution.
