Hei Landon and others, I think we may ask the OSGEO if they would host a wiki for us - as the alternative: Google Sites, is to my oppinion not the best choice either. As we say in German: asking doesn't cost anything. So could you, Landon, aks the OSGEO people in our name if they could offer a wiki as for the other projects? This would be also wise for that case that we decide to join the OSGEO at some point.
I can also ask them if necessary, but as you are our connecting man..
