Not that I have any experience with, but you should google for jgit...it's currently at a state that I'd describe as 'works....mostly'. But as I'm not an eclipse user, I wouldn't know. If there is interest, I'd like to work with both the openjump/jts people to get proper author names in the repo, I just imported the raw cvs/svn username, which is a bit ugly to look at. But I thought I'd see if anyone actually cared first.
