Just some clarifications:

"JUMP: Warning: Extensions directory does not exist: ../lib/ext where
homedir = [/home/rashadkm/workspace/openjump]" means OpenJUMP can find
your lib/ext directory where plug-ins are kept. Did you move it from
the normal location it is installed?

"log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger
(com.vividsolutions.jump.I18N).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly." means
OpenJUMP is complaining because it can't find log4j. See our previous
messages on this topic. The log4j jar should be in the default lib
directory of the OpenJUMP installation.

"null/etc/mrsidgeodecode.exe not installed." means OJ is trying to
support MRSID files. This isn't required. To support MRSID files you
have to donwload some third party libraries from LizardTech. There is
likely information on this in the OJ wiki.

"Exception in Metacity for theme "Clearlooks": Variable
"Bmin`max`height" not defined". You should be able to change the look
and feel in the bat file that launches OJ.
