Dear Michael and Peppe

Problem solved (!!))  I have  found that the problem was with the fact 
that my recently produced jar file did not contain the xx.java2xml xml 
files that are necessary to convert the vertex specifications into an 
xml (textual) format for the project file, so the xml formats were 
missing.  The previously published version of the plugin was correct.  I 
can not get on to working on Peppe's request for an update.
