1.4.0.1 : Stefan fixed a bug, but there were still some problems in the 
distro
1.4.0.2 : I released 1.4.0.2 with the help of edgar who has fixed 
problems in linux distro
1.4.0.3 : the windows exe was unusable due to a mistake I did in the 
installer (tools menu unavailable)
                I did a new package but just for the windows distro  
(even if 2 new bugs were fixed in 1.4.0.3)
                (at this time, I did not want to make a third 
announcement and just pushed 1.4.0.3.exe in the sourceforge directory)

On my local machine I've got openjump-api-1.4.0.3.jar and 
openjump-workbench-1.4.0.3.jar
So, if you want, I think we can try to make an homogeneous 1.4.0.3 
distribution

NB : Trunk is now labeled 1.4.1alpha
