Hi, Sorry to have been so silent for a while.
I think removing addImageLayer and executeSQLQuery from Layer Menu has been discussed with Peppe a while ago. In Jufre, Peppe has completely removed Layer menu, but I'm not sure I'm ready to go so far.
I did Mohammed's change on my machine (move addImageLayer from Layer to File menu) and a similar change for executeSQLQuery.
I will commit tomorrow if nobody has objection.I put both plugin in File menu as they are about importing data source (Peppe did move executeSQLQuery to view menu).
