yeah, i don't want to change machinery, just make the results more similar.

i thought readme.txt would be missing (for the about dialog ;) but just found 
it in there. i guess we don't need licenses in it. so i currently don't see 
more files that need to be copied in.

in a way. it simply takes the whole source tree so there won't be no surprises 
anymore ala the nb went through but it misses some newly added file/folder.

a subfolder like

ojsnap-DATE/{bin,lib}

would be nice in the zip file. analog to the folder in the distribution zip.
