Hi Martin,

Sorry, no great secret, just UI improvments.
I've already upgraded to UnaryUnion for a while.
It was a great algorithmic improvment !

We had two plugins in OpenJUMP (union and dissolve, with some options
available in first and missing in second and the other hand).
I made a single plugin showing/hiding options depending on the context
(selection, layer with/without attribute...).

Ah, one thing related to union default behaviour. We already had mail
exchange about it.
I think users generally expect that union performs a merge when applied
to LineStrings, so I
made merging option the default one (can be unselected if needed though).

One thing difficult to achieve with union plugin is a significative
progress monitor.
Any hint for that ?

About ten days ago, I've also improved Buffer PlugIn with JTS options
which were not
available in former plugin (join style and single sided)
Now, I'm wondering if I try to include offset curves as an option
or if I create another plugin for that. Any idea ?

Anyway, here is the url of new NB :
http://sourceforge.net/projects/jump-pilot/files/
Your remarks are always welcome

Finally, as you give me opportunity, I congratulate you for the Sol Katz
Award.
I mean... for JTS, Sol Kats Award is just what JTS's author has deserved
for this
great library.

Michaël

All the data continuously generated in your IT infrastructure contains a
definitive record of customers, application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
